Who We Are

Douglas Kim

I am a senior advertising student in the School of Journalism and Communication with minors in business and multimedia at the University of Oregon. I stay involved with athletics as a 4 year member and captain of the cheerleading team and currently intern for Butler Promotions, a marketing and promotions company in Portland, OR, as well as Firefly Vodka, based out of South Carolina. My future goals are to work as a strategic planner and/or creative director in the marketing department of an authoritative company and help transition their current business model towards sustainability.
Some of my interests include graphic design, the outdoors, athletics, cars, and the never-ending thrill of the sales industry.

Elena Marie

My name is Elena Butler and I am a senior pursuing an advertising major from the University of Oregon’s School of Journalism and Communication with a business minor. I am fully dedicated to sustainability and hope to someday encourage large companies to adopt the sustainability lifestyle to help preserve our environment and its dwindling resources. I am committed to my goals and strive to be the best employee upon graduation. Advertising is invigorating, challenging, and exciting; I can’t wait to start my future outside of the UO.

Kevin Beaudry

My name is Kevin Beaudry and I am a student at the University of Oregon. I am studying advertising in the School of Journalism and Communication and have a focus in media planning, strategy and marketing. I love media and see a great future in what the world of advertising has to offer, especially with all of the new technology and ideas that are gaining attention. Also, I strongly believe that if your company isn’t considering sustainability it needs to reconsider some of the goals it has for the future because very soon it will be more than an idea, but a must-have part of your company profile in order for longevity and success.
